Murgreen provides Cross bore inspection services to PG&E, as we are Gold Shovel and ISN certified
professionals. The scope of service includes CCTV inspections of Sewer mains, Storm Drains and Lateral Launching/Push Camera inspections of sewer laterals, Sewer Clean-outs installations, Hydro jetting and vacuuming.
Murgreen conducted sewer cleaning and CCTV inspection to help evaluate and locate the sewers for Crossbores and preparation of the new Gas lines installation. Over the past 3 years at the PGE Crossbore prevention program, a total of 1 Gas bore and 5 Non Gas bore has been found through Murgreen field inspection.
Murgreen utilized NASCCO certified GraniteXP, Wincan and POSM software are used in the collection of video data documenting the sewers. Murgreen also leverages an in-house Cross bore developed app for collecting and mapping inspection data in the field. The app is a GIS
enabled application, with unlimited access to view Cross bore inspection data and near real time access s to video inspections and report through mobile devices. Our office mapping staff QA/QC Crossbore inspection videos and produced maps and reports in nea4 real time basis.
Total project cost $4M over the last 2 years.
Murgreen contract with Merced was to inspect a 42” and 48” sewer interceptor pipes, which conveys
all flows to Merced WWTP. Under this scope, Murgreen utilized CUES powered tractor and custom-made float to inspect the total condition of
the sewer interceptor pipes. This inspection was done to comply with NASSCO PACP standard.
Murgreen is currently working with the City of Merced to determine the appropriate strategy to either maintain the asset to prolong its useful life or eventually replace the assets base on the results of our analysis.This contract agreement started in
2013 and ongoing. The figure to your right represents a map of the sewer pipeline inspected to NASSCO
standard.

Murgreen provided Sanitary Sewer System Operations and Maintenance services to Veolia Water Arvin project. The scope of service includes management, operations and maintenance of the Town’s sanitary sewer collection system, maintenance services for the sewer cleaning and inspection services for condition assessment and CIP program.
Murgreen conducted sewer cleaning and CCTV inspection to help evaluate the condition of the sewer, and for the preparation of the City Capital Improvement Program (CIP). GraniteXP software, from CUES Florida, was used in the collection of video data documenting the condition of the sewers. This software tool is certified by the National Association of
Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO)standard, the Pipeline Assessment and
Certification Program (PACP). The video data is provided to the City, in a DVD format, for viewing purposes.
Recording and managing this data begins to build an information system
allowing the City, to make capital planning decisions to improve system reliability and reduce cost of operations. The chart to your right is a summary of the total count of PACP observation codes analyzed from this inspection project. This data was analyzed by our database analyst/Field operations manager, that is a certified PACP/LACP/MACP trainer.

As a licensed distribution and implementer of Innovyze InfoMastersoftware, we are in the
process of implementing InfoMaster for City of Oakland. InfoMaster Sewer will be used to analyze the condition of wastewater collection system and infrastructures and to perform data validation, based on the City’s CCTV inspection data, service calls-outs and maintenance history. InfoMaster
Sewer can also be used for developing risk models, proactive operational planning, CCTV data
management, condition assessment, prioritizing capital improvement projects and pipe deterioration modeling. The software also
interfaces with CMMS programs including Cityworks, Hansen and Lucity.

Under this scope we performed the inspections and GPS survey of 200 manholes to NASSCO MACP standard. GPS survey data were collected in a Trimble unit with data precision of about +or- 2cm. The manhole inspection project was used to recommend manholes for construction project which are lining, raising manholes, replacement and manhole lids replacement capital improvement program with estimated cost of $2M.

The specific scope of work required for the Wastewater Collection System Asset Management service, which
include, risk analysis, CIP program development, identify CCTV data GAPS and prioritize CCTV inspections for the next 5 years.
